“Lifetime Warranty”

It is a very simple warranty!

If it breaks for any reason!

We will replace it ...Free!

The only catches are: The chain cannot be altered or repaired in any way.  There may be a 10% weight variation between the old chain and the replacement chain.  There may be a style substitution, if the damaged chain has been discontinued.  This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and maybe discontinued at any time.  You must have the original sales slip.  There will be a $10.00 shipping and handling charge.

Robert J. Heim Jewelers also has an excellent “Trade Up Policy”
Most chains purchased from “Robert J. Heim Jewelers” may be used as a trade-in towards the purchase of other merchandise.  You will receive your full purchase price as credit towards your new purchase as long as your new purchase is twice the price of the original chain.  The only catch is you must have your original sales slip and the trade up policy is only in effect as long as the above warranty is in effect.

Example: You purchase a chain for $100.00.A year or two later, you would like a new piece of jewelry that costs at least $200.00 or more.  You may trade-in your old chain with the original sales slip and receive $100.00 towards the purchase of the new chain.
